Headrest Adapters

The use of Posifix® Headrests is not limited to use with the Posifix positioning system. Adapters are available enabling these headrests to fit other baseplates.

The MR Posi-S™ Adapter (301035) enables Posifix type headrests to be used on Type-S extensions or overlays and Wing Boards. This adapter features an open frame, allowing the headrest to fit directly into the adapter and rest securely against the baseplate or couchtop.

The MRI Posi-S Adapter with Backplate (301029) enables Posifix type headrests to be used on Type-S extensions or overlays, the Type-S Variable Axis Baseplate, Uni-frame Baseplates and Wing Boards.

They are both MR Safe.
